Bench Joiners / Joiners Mates
We are looking for skilled and experienced bench joiners and joiners mates to manufacture high quality timber windows and doors on a full time basis.
The role will include using both traditional and modern techniques to the most exacting standards, as well as fitting multi point locking systems and other specialist hardware.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Experienced in manufacturing high quality timber windows and doors
- Able to produce high quality work
- Able to assemble box sash windows, casement windows and bespoke doors
- Experienced in using all types of joinery machines
- Reliable and have good English communication skills
- Be flexible in working hours, as some evening or weekend work may be required
This is a full time self employed OR employed role, with good rates of pay dependent on qualifications and experience. 20 days holiday p.a., plus bank holidays, plus overtime or shift bonus as applicable.

Wood Machinist
We are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our exceptional team, based in Feltham TW13.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Experienced in accurately processing timber elements for timber windows and doors
- Experience in traditional machinery such as spindle moulders is critical, however any experience in operating windowline / 3 or 5 axis CNC type machines would be an additional benefit
- Able to multi-task, be organized and able to work as part of a team
- Have good practical organisation skills and be able to work to a high quality making timber windows and doors
- Have good English communication skills
- Be flexible in working hours (overtime available)
