There is increasing demand for our range of made to measure products – from box sash windows and casement windows to period front doors, French doors and bifold doors. So we are looking for new staff at every stage of the process – from CAD design through to manufacture and installation – to join us at our modern, well-equipped factory and office in West London.

We are looking for both experienced timber window and door fitters, and fitters mates to join the installation team. Experience is not essential for our fitters mates, but a passion for joinery is. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to work with a dedicated team of experienced fitters and learn a new trade.
For experienced fitters, if you have experience in fitting timber windows and doors, rather than uPVC – that is ideal. Your role would be varied and include fitting box sash windows, casement windows, bay windows and door sets.
We are looking for new joiners to make our timber windows and doors from our factory in West London. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced joiners as well as someone looking to develop their joinery skills who is keen to learn and progress themselves with the company.
Responsibilities include – Processing / machining timber, jointing / assembly of timber to produce a wide and diverse range of traditional windows and doors including box sash, casement, hinged doors, French doors, front doors, bifold and sliding doors.
3. Production (CAD design experience)
We are looking for a CAD designer/ technician to join our production team. CAD experience is essential, as is an interest in joinery/ carpentry.
We specialise in bespoke solutions for our clients, and produce a diverse range of CAD drawings that include bowed and curved windows, windows for listed buildings, and exact-match period windows and doors with exact-match section sizes, mouldings and glazing bars. Your role will involve creating drawings for sash windows, casement windows, period front doors, French doors and bifold doors.
It is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their existing CAD experience and work on a diverse range of specialist designs.
4. Sales and Production Surveyor
Working across the sales and production teams, we are looking for a surveyor with a range of skills including – meeting potential clients and promoting the benefits of our windows and doors, estimating projects, and producing accurate measurements and production notes for the production and installation team.
The role requires a combination of good sales and ‘people skills’ as well as a good eye for detail. It involves meeting the client in the initial stages to help secure a sale, as well as following up with the client once the sale has been agreed to get all the necessary measurements ready for production.
