Whether you’re a contractor with a large scale development, or a homeowner needing an individual window or door, our team will ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

step-by-step guide to the typical process:
1CONTACT US
The first step is to get in touch with us with details of your property, location, and the work required. We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home and discuss your options. You can also send us drawings and photographs with dimensions for an initial quote.
2QUOTES AND PRICING
Once we have viewed your property and scoped the work, we will provide you with a quotation via email. Following this, we will contact you to invite you to our London workshop, discuss the quote and answer any questions you may have. If you require any changes to the original quotation, we can revise it at this time.
3 STARTING YOUR PROJECT
Before the work begins, we’ll send you a contract, pro forma invoice and deposit guarantee form, as well as an approximate lead-time. Once we’ve received your paper work and deposit, we’ll arrange to visit your property once again to take exact manufacturing measurements. If your property is a listed building, we will provide detailed technical drawings for approval.
4MANUFACTURE
Once the details and drawings have been agreed and approved, your order will move through to our production management team who will oversee the build of your timber windows or doors by our skilled craftspeople in our London workshop. You’re welcome to visit any time to check on the progression of your items. Alternatively, we can send you photos of your items in production. We are currently in the process of expanding our workshop to 17,000 sqft, ensuring additional production capacity and reduced lead times.
5INSTALLATION
A few weeks before your items are ready to install or dispatch, we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient installation and delivery date. Before installation, we’ll contact you to confirm the date and the final amount payable upon completion of the works. During installation, our team will create as little disruption as possible and treat you and your property with the utmost care. Upon completion we’ll ensure everything is left clean and tidy.
6 AFTERCARE
We provide the highest quality products and service available. With robust operating policies and warranties in place, our projects run smoothly and our products can last a lifetime. However, should you encounter an issue with one of our installations in the future, don’t worry, we will assess and rectify the problem. Plus, all our timber windows and doors come with a 10 year insurance backed warranty by Installsure.
