As specialists in timber windows and doors for period, conservation and listed properties, our windows and doors have been approved by planning officers in over 30 planning authorities across London and the Home Counties, including Richmond, Wandsworth and Islington.
On listed buildings in 26 of the planning authorities, we have installed timber windows with our elegant slimline double glazing, which looks just like single glazing.
As a British company, all our products are designed and manufactured at our West London factory by our highly skilled team of joiners and carpenters. Where possible we ensure all our materials are sourced here in the UK, to reduce our carbon footprint and cut production times.
Before ordering your windows or doors, you are welcome to visit our showroom and have a tour around our workshops to see our windows and doors being made for yourself.
For manufactured timber windows and doors, our clients are protected from the outset through our Deposit Guarantee Insurance, which is underwritten by the GGFi (Glass and Glazing Federation Insurance).
As a FENSA and TrustMark registered company, installations are provided with a 10 year insurance backed warranty by the GGFi.
- Materials and construction:
10 year warranty against distortion, decay or malfunction of all timber windows and doors (all timber meets EU TR criteria) - Glass and glazing:
5 year warranty against discoloration or unit failure (manufactured to BS EN 1279) - Paint finish:
5 year warranty is provided on all windows and doors completed with a full spray paint finish (finished in accordance with BS EN 927/6 and BS EN 927/3)
